IP 66

aluKOM is a watertight IP66 enclosure made from diecast aluminium which has gone on to become the global standard since its introduction. Originally developed as a terminal enclosure, it is ideal for mounting all types of electronic and electrical components.

The large range of sizes is suitable for many different applications. aluKOM is also available with an EMC gasket. Threaded screw bosses are provided in the base for fitting circuit boards, terminal rails, mounting plates etc. Compatible cable glands and accessories are also available.

IP 66, IP 67 - Optional: IP 69K

aluCASE is a highly attractive and very versatile range of diecast aluminium enclosures for industrial electronics. The design is perfect for mounting to a wall or a machine, or for use as a mobile instrument. The enclosures are sealed to IP 67 for indoor and outdoor applications. Hot jet wash IP 69K is also available. The enclosures can be mounted without opening the lid which means your electronics remain protected at all times. Whatever the application, aluCASE provides the very best housing solution for your components.
 
Designer features include a recessed lid, for fitting a membrane keypad, front plate or product label, clip-on design covers in plastic or aluminium that hide the lid screws and mounting holes, integrated hinges and lid retaining straps (on most models). Two versions are available with transparent lids. Threaded screw bosses are provided in the base and lid for PCBs, mounting plates, DIN rails etc. An optional key lock provides security access. Cable glands and other accessories are also available.

aluCLIC is a very attractive and unique range of aluminium enclosures which is designed for quick installation and rapid exchange of electronics equipment. A snap lock located under the enclosure can be easily disengaged and the enclosure changed in an instant. These enclosures really are practical, fast and neat to install.

Standard features include a full sized recessed area in the lid to accommodate a membrane keypad, front plate or product label, hidden assembly screws on the underside and threaded screw bosses in the base and lid for PCBs, mounting plates, DIN rails etc.. The enclosure snap-on device can be easily fastened to a wall, ceiling or a machine housing.

handCASE is a stylish and highly robust range of handheld enclosures in diecast aluminium. Thanks to their ergonomic design these enclosures sit very comfortably in the hand. The high strength of handCASE provides solid protection for internal electronics and components under the most extreme conditions.

The enclosures are tested to IP 66 protection class and are available with or without battery compartments for 1.5V AA and 9V cells. Threaded screw bosses are provided inside for fitting circuit boards, mounting plates etc. Cable glands and other accessories are also available.
